Oh, don’t worry you can go to the Hilton which might seem like an upgrade, but not for us.
Why would a couple want 2 beds at the court yard area.(downgrade) We were pretty upset. well we got there around 5 PM and went to check in and the front desk told us that they had given our room away and the only thing that they had available was a room with two double beds at their outside courtyard room area. You would think no big deal because you got the confirmation that your room was purchased. My husband and I booked a king room stay at the oaks and it was confirmed - I got the confirmation email so we decided to stop at a few wineries and make a day of it before we went to our hotel.
